We take care of everything for you, from "Yes, darling" to "I do," and even beyond.

We will be available by phone, email, instant message and in person to answer any questions you have.

You may bring friends or relatives by to see Opus 40 at any time, by appointment, before the wedding (or after -- you'll have a lifetime membership in Friends of Opus 40).

We'll plan every aspect of your wedding, including:

• Helping you set up a budget.


• Securing vendors to fit that budget, and negotiating contracts with those vendors. We will find you the best
• Tents
• Linens
• Place settings
• Caterers
• Florists
• Musicians or DJs
• Printers
• Mailing services
• and every other service you need


• Coordinating your guest arrangements. We will
  • Keep a data base of your guest list
  • Ensure that invitations are set out
  • Keep a record of RSVP's
  • Make hotel or B&B reservations for out-of-towners
  
  
• Arranging for and making reservations for your rehearsal dinner.


• Making honeymoon reservations and finding the best travel prices.

We will make Opus 40 available to you and your party exclusively for the Wedding Day, and for a rehearsal before.

We'll handle all Wedding Day logistics and coordination, including making The House on the Quarry available to the bride and her attendants for preparation.

Fee: $2000      $75/hr additional over 40 hours
